New uniform stock availability
We're delighted by the response to our new uniform range. Demand has been much higher than expected across volunteer shops, traders and public sales, and we're working hard to keep stock available for everyone who needs it.
As with any major launch, it takes time to understand purchasing patterns, particularly for brand new products where no previous sales data exists. As a charity, we also need to balance availability with responsible budgeting, so we monitor sales and stock levels carefully and order additional stock where needed.
Some sizes and styles, particularly outer sizes, are proving especially popular and may be temporarily unavailable while we wait for new deliveries. We're already placing repeat orders, with stock expected to arrive from October onwards.
Product pages will be updated with expected stock delivery dates when products or sizes go out of stock.
To help make stock available as fairly as possible across our network, there may be times when we need to limit quantities allocated to individual customers or shops.
We're reviewing stock levels daily and working closely with our suppliers to replenish stock as quickly as possible. We'll continue to share updates through our regular information emails, and thank you for your patience and understanding.
Planned new uniform releases
Since the initial launch of the new range, our priority has been to ensure that we work through deliveries and processing to make outstanding items available to members quickly. We want everyone to be able to access a Girlguiding top for their section or role as close to their start of terms as possible.
With this in mind, for each release, we’re holding a short pre-order window for volunteer shops and traders. As soon as the pre-order window closes, we’re making the products available for all members to buy.
We’ve summarised the timings below. Please note that this information is subject to changes as we continue to work through processing and delivery.
September launch
Priority order window: Wednesday 23 September - Monday 28 September
General sale: 2pm, Monday 28 September. Shops must not sell products from this drop before 2pm.
A selection of new uniform items will be available to order during the priority ordering window. While we're still waiting for some stock deliveries to arrive at our warehouse, we're excited to make the following items available from this drop.
We'll continue to keep you updated on the remaining items and will share priority ordering details as soon as delivery dates are confirmed.

Please note - We’ll be receiving regular stock deliveries of new uniform over the coming months. To help us manage availability and avoid temporary stock shortages, please only order the quantities you currently need, rather than building up additional stock. This will help ensure the new uniform remains available to as many members as possible.
